It'd be quite easy to moderate the forums. It all comes down to, are you following the rules or not? If not, you're warned, and then if you break more rules, you're out of here. It's very simple. |

Ok, so I may have been one of the main pioneers in the "let's hate RS" bandwagon, but I'd also like to add that I gave him a chance.
During the chat with Fictivision I was nice to him, I even got his MSN (lol) - I thought maybe we'd been to harsh on him after all. Just take his overexcited ramblings with a pinch of salt...
All seemed to be going well in fact. Until I discovered what he did to Fictivision.. (http://s2k.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/raversurge.htm)
So much for giving him a chance...
Some of you may still like him, and not care about what he did, but I do. Witnessing it first hand made it alot more frustrating. |

In Theory yes. But If you've been on this forum as long as I have you'd understand there is plenty of little faced weasels who suck up or when they get banned send a little e-mail begging and pleading to be brought back like pathetic scum and when they come back they go back to their old ways doing the same they done before. And the rules part pppffftt I don't even know what the ing rules are at all mate. |

Yeah... That was actually running through my head as well. There are no "SET RULES". Then again, no one wants this place run as a boot camp :D Just get rid of the dicks, friend or not. They should know that we're all here to have fun, not act like s. |

| people gotta stop bitching about the mods...these TA mods are as carefree and lenient as mods get...there were plenty of times when i thought i was gonna be banned but i wasn't...just cuz one guy like raversurge gets banned DOESNT mean the mods are there to ban people for fun...if mods were that bitchy and conservative 100s of members would be banned...before raversurge who was the last guy to get banned? i doubt anyone knows...if you wanna feel sorry for raversurge go ahead but dont bitch at the mods...they're mods for a reason |

that being said i don't think surge deserved a banning no matter how much of a twat he was.. at least he wasn't vulgar or an intentional troll etc.. =) It's borderline oppression, (although this is a private avenue of communication so no 'freedom to speak' rights are guarenteed to begin with). Also, his little sharing incident has nothing to do with tranceaddict... i thought bizz made it pretty clear that the hub wasn't 'connected' to tranceaddict in anyway.. and essentials definetely isn't.. Being a shady bastard in #armind isn't whatsoever related to TA... Ban him from the hubs for sharing those files.. |
