| I use Winamp 2.91 'cuz it is much faster at loading. Also I can use the MP3Cue plug-in, thus allowing me to see what songs I'm listening to within a set. |

Ok, maybe I'm an idiot, but after I installed it. It looked just like 2.91?
Is that the update? That it's automatically taking BACK to 2.91 from 3? hahah
I really have 2.91, and not something new after installation of 5. WTF? |

Winamp 5 is to be a hybrid of 2 and 3. It uses the Winamp 2 core and API (for plugins) and it uses the winamp 3 skinning engine. I sincerely doubt there is an alpha out yet.
