Skipper > the Techno Mekka in Germany is Club UB0311 in Frankfurt. Sven, DJ Rush, Umek and Liebing have played there and the big man himself Carl Cox is res DJ there!! ...it's the birthplace of techno!

Detroit stakes a claim as the birthplace of techno also. Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, Jeff Mills, Aux88 . . . .

I will be making my way from Chicago for the 7 year anniversary party at Guvernment. Few questions that I have:
Any suggestions for hotels in the area? I would prefer to not have to travel far to the venue.
Does anyone know if there will be a TA meet up with Armin?
Where in Guvernment is the dj booth? Just curious...wanted to know if it's entirely separate form the crowd or somewhat "interactive".

2. most likely yes!
3. either on an elevated stage, or highup near the ceiling. if it's high-up then don't expect too much interaction! |

Definitely will check hotels.com...and will base location by addresses. Still wanted opinion from fellow TA's.
Can someone please keep me informed about the Armin meet up? I had the chance to meet with him in Chicago and would love to do it again!

well I might as well make it official that I and my girl from Caglary are coming out for both night.
I cant picture better long weekend, Armin, PvD, and seeing my girlfriend for the first time in just under 2 months.
