| hi i was just visiting some porn sites like 2 days ago and i clicked on one of the links that said www. f*** stuff . com, and the next thing that happened is these illegal porn sites popped up and then this notice came "fbi investigation", the message goes like this-- " your computer has been tracked" then it shows the ip adress and the isp name, etc. then at the bottom of the message there was this link that said "click here to stop this investigation" i never clicked it i just shut down my computer like 2 minutes after. so now im scared someting is gonna happen to me. does anyone here have a clue wat in the hell was with that message? i better not be getting charged for possession of illegeal porn, because i wasnt even surfing for that it just came up by itelf. if anyone has any idea about this please let me know wat this is, thanks. |

If you'd clicked the 'Stop investigation' button you'd no doubt have been whisked off to some lame company's web site - evidently threatening gullible computer users is an effective marketing tool! |

| lol, I imagine it’s a spoof, some kid who thinks it funny to pretend hes the fbi, lol. I Imagine there are millions of Spam sites prob 10% of the net is spam, we all have seen the pop up for under 12's pix etc, its all a load of bollocks just ppl who have nothing better else to do in there time, even if you dont click on em they still open, onto another top 100 gay list, i imagine your HD is clean so you have nothing to worry about, the fbi wont give a about it, there after the big pervert traders . |

- thats just a free run service that tells me the ip/isp users opertating system and browser version and their time zone... some company useing scare tactics |

| It's quite easy to show your ISP, IP, browser, OS etc with for example Javascript. So no need to worry. |
