| i too used to be a scooter fan, i don't listen to their tunes as often now with all the great sets and what-not, but i still think some of their OLDER stuff is quality... i can't name all of the tunes i thnk are great, but i somewhat agree with GrimReaper's list and, of course, you can't forget The Age of Love and Fire.... scooter classics, lol! |

I agree that some of their newer tracks can be found cheesy, but just listen to some of the better ones like Soul Train, Level One, Devil Drums...Even Rhapsody In E, one of their first tracks!
You CAN'T really say they aren't good. Besides, maybe they WERE happy hardcore, but now they are Vocal Trance/Techno.

they make the worst cheesy music nowadays, but that's not the biggest problem.
they keep on ripping off other artist's work, taking their melodies and making pure cheese versions of it without giving a penny to the original artist. just ask M.I.K.E.
they constantly are refered by their fans as 'techno', that is ridiculous. nowadays the techno scene has absolutely nothing to do with that kind of music. they're rather closer to 'trance', but i'd still call it 'comercial happy hardcore'. trance usually isn't 150 bpm, neither uses chipmunk pitched vocals.
ppl say they've made good stuff, I honestly don't have a clue. But I remember seeing somewhere that they released a track on Bonzai back in the days, that is scary :nervous: |

losers. scooter sucks! the people i know who like scooter are the same people who refer to all electronic dance music as "techno".
i will, however, admit that their remix of Ratty - Sunrise isn't bad. other than that, scooter is cheese-o-rama.
