well then i hope you dont ever drink some beers at a bar or get drunk.
lets put it this way. just from reading this thread, there are three kinds of drug people on this site:
1- people who are against any type of drug, dont care to inform themselves about effects etc, and sputter on about stories that are built for pure scare tactics and believe all the media hype.
2- people who do drugs to no avail with no moderation, and know absolutely nothing about the drug they are taking, dont care about its effects or side effects.
3- people who do drugs, know that moderation is the key, and strive to learn new things and inform themselves about drugs before they take them.
don't be a #2. its your choice to take a drug so no one can say dont be a #1, but please please do research and decide for yourself if its the right thing to do. |

Would score for a total of 4. Though in reality people's policy towards drugs is pretty much a unique shade based on their first hand accounts, experience, and knowledge of the underworkings on the war on drugs/drug propaganda, and possibly drugs themself.
That being said it can still be divided into two camps which can also be divided into two "subsets". There are the educated people (to varying degrees) on both sides, with valid and insightful arguments, and then there are people who spout on both sides (don't know a damn thing, and don't care to). The spread of disinformation about drugs can be accredited to these peoples. If your one of the people who believes acid can cause "flashbacks" or "perma fry" then, perhaps you fall into this category. Unfortunately educated anti-drug people don't make much of a poster child for advocating being "drug free" so all the propaganda recieved in schools or thru advertising, about how drukqs can FSCK you up (and they can) is primarily of the disinformed or emotionally biased category. :( :( :( |

anyway, 1 drug u should never do is datura, because like 99% of people who use it reckon theyre lucky to be alive afterwards. Thats something that u really could kill urself on. U could probably even commit suicide because of its effects.
The trip reports on erowid r really interesting to read tho

Haha, I read some of the datura experiences, this one made me laugh:
My cat has eaten about 10-20 of the leaves. I don't know what the long term effects will be on her. Or even if it will kill her. But one thing i can say is that it is funny as all hell. I know that sounds sadistic, but there's just something about a cat walking into a wall, falling over, and then looking at the wall like 'where the hell did you come from?' But seriously, this is the third time i have heard of cats eating datura (my friend had a plant that his cats got into a few times.) Be careful with your datura around your feline friends.. |

'Scuse the double post.
Another one of the experiences is from someone who took a combination of "Morning Glory, Datura, Cannabis, Peyote, Mushrooms, Opium, Salvia, & Alcohol".

Acid, or any hallucinogen (including ecstacy) except cannabis CAN cause this. Read my post on page 2 of this thread about this |

Anyone in here do or have tried Effedra?
Its a strong form of speed which used to be legal in Canada,
ITs popular for many reasons, Some drugs including some Eclones have em in there to give it a bit of a zip, but using them with other drugs is sooo stupiid because it cleans your system out very fast. |

ephedrine u mean?
If u do mean ephedrine from ephedra, its not related to amphetamine, but chemically its similar. From what i hear its not very good, like a ty version of methamphetamine or something |

SOO polite!:happy2:, we need to put u in the middle of flame wars to calm everyone down. THeres one goin on the the 911 memorial thread right now.. |
Hehe...yeah I'm usually polite unless someone gets me pissed off really bad, then I can be worse.
Back to drug discussion...I agree with SuperFarStucker, there are people on boths sides that are uninformed and don't know what the hell they're talking about. And you know what if someone wants to do drugs in "safely"(by this i mean not O.D.ing, getting addicted, etc), then I don't see a problem. I think it's up to the individual person to make their own EDUCATED discission on whether or not they want to do drugs. |

Regular (or even sparse) methamphetamine use have been linked to several nervous system disorders. Speeding is very dangerous because your body ignores all the normal things it needs (rest, food, water)... You'll find ephedrine is the same only you get really "jittery"... If you have any serious cardiovascular problems taking powerful stimulants can be very dangerous as well (even if you don't it can still be dangerous)...
ahh what the am i talking about lol... my train of thought just slid away from me and my reading comprehension is impaired at the moment.... |
