1. He is not famous, nor ever will be.
2. Ask Scooter. |

Shane54 - Equinoxe 4 the same with DJ Quicksilver - Equinoxe 4
3 Drives - Greece2000 the same with DJ Quicksilver - Turkey 2000 (although it wasn't released,just in mp3 form)
J&R Project - Keep It Up (Original Mix) the same with D H T - Alone 2002
Luna Park - Space Melody the same with PPK - Resurrection
Michelle Nicol - Time the same with Clokx - Clocks
(the first ones are the originals or if you want the first tracks that came first out using the melody)
Noone was sued......so why should Kontakt be sued??At least he added some vocals :p
Edit:Also as a friend told me:
Armin Van Buuren - Blue Fear the same with Mauro Picotto - Like This Like That |

Both Shane 54 and DJ Quicksilver tracks are remakes of an old Jean-Michel Jarre track of the same name, and both also asked and were granted permission to release them.
And if i remember right at all, Picotto got some negative feedback from Armin about Like This Like That. Dunno if Armin did sue him though.
Is the DJ Quicksilver - Turkey 2000 real or just a mislabeled mp3? At least Turkey 2000 was Three Drives' followup to Greece 2000. |

He got more than negative feedback from Armin Van Buuren. Picotto was taken to court and lost the case. |

Wasn't funk einsatz just the name when the track came out on promo, then later being released fully as Ferry Corsten - Punk?
I've actually seen the music video and there is the wording funk einsatz on the door of the club where the video is set. |

| I'm sure Konatkt got permission on a 5 year old buildup, and who cares really, this song actually sounds awesome. |

Heres 2 questions you have to ask yourself.
1. Do you not think that they got permission/paid royalties before they covered binary finary?
2. Even if they hadn't, and had been sued you wouldnt know anyway, would you?
