Nicholas headlines events weekly and has performed at noteworthy venues such as Spundae (LA & SF), Giant (LA), Ra (LV), and La Boom (Mexico). Residencies, past and present, include The Crystal (LA), Remedy (OC), Surreal Entertainment (AZ) and LA’s largest production company, Insomniac (Nocturnal Wonderland, EDC, Together As One). Nicholas has played for many other major production companies around the World including Clear Channel, Go Ventures, Destiny, B3 Cande, Channel 36 & Global Electro. He performs regularly across the US and international dates including South America, Asia & Canada.
As a producer Nicholas has crated a powerful sound and most recently signed with the UK's UG Recordings whose artists include Christopher Lawrence, X-Cabs (Chris Cowie) & Transa. "Hydraulic" / "Soloplex" will be Nicholas' first 12" UG release which will be followed later in the year by "Caverns" on San Francisco's Looq Records. Nicholas' tracks have been receiving support from top DJ's including Max Graham and Christopher Lawrence. Christopher most recently charted another of Nicholas' productions, "Glaciers," at #2 in BigShot Magazine and reviewed it in Urb Magazine.
On top of his DJ schedule, Nicholas has three officially licensed mix CD releases which have collectively sold over 50,000 units Worldwide. Nicholas was first commissioned by Arcade America to mix the second installment of their hugely successful Trance Global Nation series. The series was intended for a wide spanning audience and tracks were to be selected accordingly. While hesitant to release an album with a mostly predetermined format, Nicholas took the opportunity to raise his national profile and skillfully mixed what went on to be one of the best selling US mix CD’s of 1999. Aside from boasting impressive sales numbers, TGN2 garnered rave reviews in the national press and was named one of the Top Twenty CDs of 1999 by Mixer magazine.
Based on the success of TGN2, Nicholas was invited back to mix the forth CD in the series, second time round having full control over the track selection. TGN4 was released during 2000; a tougher and intelligent album representative of Nicholas’ true underground sound. Nicholas’ third officially licensed CD, Crystal Vol.2, was released through AM Recordings in 2001 as another testament to his unique and uncompromising style.

One of La’s premeire trance dj’s, Dj Doran Chambers is well known throughout the world as a frontrunner in the trance industry. Wether he’s producing ground breaking records, or headlining at huge parties like the electric daisy festival, Dj Doran is an American trance superstar. First getting into the electronic scene in early 1989 by attending some of Las’ early wharehouse partys, he has very much been a part of the scene over the last decade. He has founded several record labels including Slinkey records, and most recently crush recordings (Pistolwhip/Unreal Anthems), he plans to contine producing and inovating the thing we all know as trance. Welcome one of the best American Trance/Progressive djs to grace SD!!!
