here in canada when we call a foreign country we have to press 011 then the number , for exemple : 011-31610198317
i don't know if it's the same in usa , because it's surely not 00 |

you have to delete the "31" too, that's the number that us dutch guys have to use when we call to a foreign country
so the number is: 011610198317 |
