That may be sorta true right now, Forsberg is the best player in the league (when he's healthy) but not for long. Our juniors here are dripping with talent and the young Canadian goalies (Luongo, Fleury, Theodore, Giguere) are really the cream of the crop. The points leaders right now are mostly European but that's because they play the trap better since they grew up with it :p.
Just wait till the World Junior Hockey Championships, we'll show the world who this sport REALLY belongs to. |

zarathustra - hell yeah, nothing beats watching the Juniors through the Christmas break. Look at a guy like Nash - he's only, what 19 years old, second year, 16 goals. Jason King on our Canucks, 20. Bergeron, on Boston, 18! Fleury, 18! These kids could be playing in the World Juniors. And we've got Sidney Crosby, at 16, heralded as the next "Great One" by the Great One himself :D Ahhh, hockey in Canada's looking good :)
