| Nah...just eat anything you want, and then when you are nice and juicy...just go to your friendly neighborhood back-alley liposuction parlor. You might even be able to work out a 2 for 1 deal:):D |

This is so typical....eating what you want is never gonna do you any good! You say that I can eat a dozen of cheeseburgers and fried chicken and french fries and other junkfood till 6 pm..drink water and after that I will lose weight? If you really wanna lose weight in a healthy way, you're gonna have to adjust your eating pattern, and start eating/drinking low-fat, low-sugar and healthy food/beverages!

well if you exercise(running and cycling for like an hour or so) with a sweater,a raincoat and a trashbag around you,it goes faster,but you still need the courage to do it:)
also take some creatine,your fat will become a muscle faster,uit helps to see improvement:) |

I play judo, and judo is divided in weight classes so i have to lose a one or two pounds almost every week, here's how i do it: Just drink a lot of water. Don't eat too much candy or fast-food and get a lot of exercise. And eat a lot of fruit, just don't eat too little or you'll become weak and feel tired. |

good tips i agree, but creatine is so expensive. also, it is ESSENTIAL that you train whilst on a creatine regime. my brother has been on creatine for a year now with hard training. however, he stopped training about two months ago but carried on taking creatine now he just looks fat. if you are not training, don't use creatine (its likely to make you bigger anyway, if you want the slimmer look i'd steer away from this. good for increasing muscle mass though)

Run like a mad rabid dog. You will:
1. lose weight in the calves, thighs, buttocks, and waist
2. builds your cardiovascular system
3. builds your blood circulation up
4. boosts your endorphin production up (more serotonin, the happy neuron)
5. builds endurance and stamina
6. dance longer at raves with or without err substance!!!!!!
7. speeds up your metabolism
other things:
get vitamins (multi kind, easy to manage your dietary supplement)
get melatonin (regulates your sleep cycle, helps produce endorphins)
get 5-HTP (molecule precursor to melatonin and serotonin)
That should be enough to kick start you. |

It doesn't matter what I eat, when I eat, or how many times I eat. My metabolism is WAY above the average for males. I could a truckload of junk food and I would barely gain a pound. If I don't eat much I lose weight! ACK
My body is set for a certain weight limit and eating lots or exercising like a nut makes very little difference to me. I have to push my body hard to gain little in return.
Running + light bodybuidling (geared for endurance) + vitamins = my health training. I need to do it, I am out of shape. LOL
In keeping a lean body mass, generally you need more than just an eating schedule to keep your body fat index healthy.
E actually helps the person lose weight (decreases water mass retention) and dancing will do it too.
Since you do take E, that is one good reason you can keep your weight down |

Hahaha, Like I will dance in front of my PSX! NEVER IN A MILION YEAR :D hehehe
Oh and I think I made up my mind, here's what I'll do :
1. Run in the morning
2. Drink lotta water
3. Eat fruits & vegies
4. Take vitamins
5. Eat sensibly
6. Go to the gym 3 days a week :)
7. Will try to dance as much as possible :D But not much parties goign on right now :(
