I know there have been rumors of how eating too much tuna can be bad for you due to all the pollutants in the water. Does anyone have any factual evidence, or can cite any sources on the web to reinforce this point?
I eat a can of tuna everyday and have debated about cutting back due to all the rumors, but want to find it cited since it's such a good source for protein. |

Cleaning them has nothing to do with it, it's what the fish consume.
And I'm looking for sources, not opinions. :( |

It's where you drain the water, add salt in the can of tuna, then remove the tuna, wash the can, and put cocaine in it.
Serves two. :haha: :haha: :haha: |

| i wouldn't worry about it, there is always a rumor about something and if you get scared everytime you hear it you'll be starving to death before you know it. |

| i think it depends on where the tuna is caught. some waters are horribly more polluted than others. |
