I think they mean that by borrowing a couple of dollars they intend on spending it. Thus, they wouldn't be able to give back what they have "borrowed". |

I think he means people who would use it as follows:
"Can you borrow me some money?" should be "Can you lend me some money?"
As for typos, just take the time to read over what you wrote and you should eliminate most of them. |
