They are ing brilliant, (Who Agrees) i havnt had 1 problem with them at all,
a brilliant service and so helpful
I had to ring up cos i was having problems checking out for a particular record, so i rang them and this young girl answered the phone, she said she was new (She Sounded nice) and she let me place my order by phone, which i didnt think they would do.

agreed.

Takes over your computer, and god forbid you dont keep it updated to the lastest version, it will bother you endlessly until you do.

Chemical are good yes, but they tricked me the other day. I was looking at there new hardware section the other day and the prices looked a lot lower than anywhere else. It was then I realised it was without vat. Dam u chemical for leading me into a false sense of money saving bliss :whip:

Chemical are pretty good. Sent me a warped vinyl once though but I got scared of the "no returns policy" they had.

I see they are starting to do equipment as well. Nice

The best record store i think. Juno are also good, but chemical get the newer tunes in quicker.

Things i like -

* Based In Bristol (about an hour away, so ive been :D)
* If you order before 5pm, it usually comes the next day, so next day delivery for standard post!
* Once there was short delay for my record, brisky wrote me a little note explaining why, which i thought was nice
* Ive been to the shop, and the blokes there were extremily friendly and helpful.
* Also the actuall store is wikked, kinda setup like argos, goto a computer, choose what you want, goto to teh till and pay, and collect all the stuff.

i give it 10/10

they are generally mint and cheap, although i have a few problems like getting used + abused records and their returns policy on records is a bit e.

Ste
i like them now theyve changed it to dshow prices inc VAT.

but still record avarage more than a pound each than juno so you think ur saving with £2 postage but ur not ;)

also juno tend to get most tunes a week before chem but chem randomly get some tunes way before juno coz they have ties with certain ppl

The £2 postage makes a huge difference on big orders ;)

Juno would be alot better if they had decent samples, coz I rate their's to be the worst out of all online rec stores... only-djs having the best samples :)
