Hey Indy, My fellow Yankee fan. What happened to all the Yankee haters that were poppin' that ? Aughhhhhh!, what happened? Did the reality finally set in that Boston was out classed, as Mariano Rivera put it, by the team "....that demonstrates the character of a champion...."
All joking aside, Boston played a hell of a series. Much respect to the ability the team has, excluding the two stupid s, Pedro & Manny. The only person I feel bad for is Nomar. He's a genuinly good person and a classy ball player. Boston out-played the Yanks in just about every game, but there's something about Yankee Stadium in Oct. and somehow, Boston always manages to up. The curse must be true! |
