I moving end of month and want new connection.
thinking of upping to a 1MB line, but Nildram's one for £40 limits you to 150G a month dls.
Any other good ones for 40 or under that dont limit you?

Im on 10mbit and i got access to everything the scene has to offer and so far ive only dld 25.32gb and its past half way through the month so 150gb aint so bad m8 ..

i think freedom 2 surf has 1mbit for 30 pounds
i have the 2mbit nildram and in 16 days now i have d/l 91gb so i guess with 1 mbit u are allright |

mmm... I guess you guys are right, I was just worried coz I'll be splitting the line with 2 other ppl, so 3 ppl could do 150G in a month i reckon.
I'll talk to them about it, coz I really wanna go with Nildram :)

| try going with something smaller that doesnt limit you. you may have a big connection, but doesnt mean you'll do the best possible speeds. 600 is fine for me, i download what i want and i think 70k is a good download speed. anything more is excessive ;) |

Goto: www.adslguide.org.uk they have isp reviews, speed tests, reliability issues etc. From what I gather from the site Plusnet seem to be the dogs balearics!!

were getting adsl at my house and were gonna have bt and there aint no limit.
its jsut a question of wether this router will work :haha: |

I got a 1Mbit line with NTL, £35 a month. I got a student contract so I got the first month free, and the £25 deposit I paid when I signed up went towards the first bill, so I only pay a tenner for the second month. Great stuff, highly recommmend.

BT kept getting slower and slower so ive jumped to NTL as i already had mah TV wif em...

yeh we cudnt get ntl coz they stopped laying it the house before ours, ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
so i have to stick with crappy bt adsl :( |

i'm finally getting broadband.
Blueyonder Cable 512k, about bloody time i think!
Could have got 2Mbit, but quite expensive at 50 quid a month |
