He played the bjork track from his essential mix as his last 2nd last track...he then played a clip he made that he tweaked the out of saying something like thank you for listening to James Zabiela.
if Vito/Andrew got 12 tracks all night and they are REALLY in2 their acid and techno, I had no chance.....I only knew a few Infusion tracks and that's all I knew from the whole night really :p (picked about 3-4 from their essential mix)

I bet you do :) It was the event of the year for Syd I'd be guessing. There's going to be plenty of other quality events tho ;)

They played their new single (which kills it!) called Better World (you Push us dowwnnnnnn to a better world)....simply amazing track, bet it'll sound ever better when mastered, not live.
Girls can be Cruel
Great Southern Land
The track about 27 mins in2 the E-mix
And something about 1hr 30 in2 their e-mix. That's all that stands to mind.
They played something OLDER then phrases and numbers, which really threw me.
About all I got clearly, if I listen to the e-mix I may get a few more tracks...but I don't know much/any of them by name anyhow. I hope to god it was recorded.

yeh definitely one of the weirder choices made by future!
although in the past slinky & renaissance events could be said to attract different crowds. prog/house vs darker/deeper/harder crowd. |
