| Just got back, although i wish i was still there hearing the last few minutes of this guys brilliant set. He passed all my expectations tonight.....something i thought would be impossible to do. TA's out in full force tonight just tearin up the dancefloor. Nat dancin in the frog suit while Scumfrog is bangin away on his digital drums....just pure classic night. Disko-kandi, it was a pleasure....and i hope you enjoyed tonight even a fraction of what Deep Dish did for you! Cono_sur......STOP ING STALKING ME MAN!!! ITS GETTING CREEPY!!!!! |

Awesome set. Glad I decided to head over to systems. Disko-kandi, you're hot! Hmmm.. what else. Nice seeing the usual crowd, always a pleasure. My left foot hurts.

i had a great nite too!! it was really great to finally meet some more of you tonite and see some familiar faces!!

as for the other TA's - super nice to meet you all, to see those smiling faces, to feel that great party mood and that welcoming community feel the TA's are famous for, and of course to lay down some nice grooves with you -TechnoAddict! :D

... oohhhh, i am soooo spoilt (mostly by DD) that i actually have to admit that i wasn't very impressed by the frog ... he slapped on one record after the other...bang bang bang ... some glitches here and there ... inconsistencies, discontinuity ... just plain and random. he had his moments but in overall ...i've heard better, even from the ARIA residents and Mtl bedroom dj's! ... mmmm...i had to leave early...which i normally NEVER do! sorry guys, don't like to beg to differ but ... :(
HOWEVER, Luke Fair,on the other hand ...maannnnnn ...love that guy!!! pure quality! *drool
he made all up for it, despite!

omg Scumfrog was DIIIIIIIIIIIIIRTY..however i have to say the dirtyness did fade away towards the last quarter of his set which reminded me of diginut's post bout sets not being too great if only dirty....
hmmm..been a while since ive posted a review...ill let the pros handle that part..lol
im glad i walked around and caught some of the breaks in the back room and some parts of Mute's set :)..All DJs at System were very DIRRRTY last night....mustve been a mission "cleaning" it out afterwards. :stongue:
its amazing that we being TAs were in full force for a prog house dj and picked him over a trance dj:crazy:
hmm...so once again i took some pics.... :rolleyes: ill put em up somewhere soon....

scumfrog blew me away, wish i could've stayed until the end, damn job make me wake up early. i have 2 hours sleep now and brain pain/.
Luke Fair was throwing down a killer opener. and then scumfrog came on and ripped the trance outta my pants.. wha? i dunno, he was real good tho.
the drum machine & vocals were such a trippy addition to his set. simply awesome.
shout outs to all the regular ta's (liam, nat, dallas, az, diginut, graham, marge) and new ones i met tonite (techno addict - we're practically neighbours!)

It was a good night, scumfrog is a good dj, but i expected a lot more. I thought he plays a little trance here and there it was more like progressive house:rolleyes:
But DUMONDE STILL ROCKED ,BEST PARTY I HAVE BEEN TOO oh ya and PVD also.:D
