I wasnt trying to have a dig at america... I was just saying that the reason why so many Americans seem to like G&D is probably becauise they want to support artists from their country, im sure that the same thing happens in other countries with other producers/djs or whatever.
I went in to greater details on this in my later post.

i think that goes to an extent...but i honestly dont care where a dj/producer is from. if their music is good, its good. i support armin, pvd, and tiesto whereas the next kid from europe may support g&d. i think what you were saying is a pure generalization...not everyone thinks of where someone is from in order to like the song or not. acosta is from the US, yet hes mad cheese.
i know the UK has a thang for thinking americans are ignorant or whatever else, but in this case, i dont think your country has any relevance to the talent a dj has. |

its all about personal taste...personally i don't like G&D , they are completely overhyped just like markus schulz who is completely overrated, even tho i'm american so i don't quite
but is there anything wrong with supporting DJs/producers like G&D just because they are our fellow countrymen? if you don't like G&D then you don't like them, just like me...but i don't think its necessary to hate G&D just because a bunch of americans like them just cuz they're american
its pretty damn obvious americans are crazy about armin, tiesto, ferry, MIKE etc yet those people aren't american so i don't support your opinion |

what most of you guys seemed to be complaining about have rather simple solutions. why oh why most of you willingly put yourself through these misfortunes is beyond me. :conf:
don't like sigs / avatar (disable them, maybe mentioned before)
don't like silly threads (just don't read them) :eek:
don't like TuanAnh (just overlook his posts)
i don't know about that black background though.
finally some of you seemed to vexed at something else that even if these things that trouble you weren't around, you will still cary your anger and hate for life or whatever and find a way to vent it somewhere else.
starting arguments just to impose your views on other people whom you know will counter attack. are you that bored or just maybe you have a want for attention that you can only find on the boards.
ps. TuanAnh I think your points would get across better without the profanity. ;) ja mata

I agree with those sollutions, except the one about sigs. Should people have to disable all sigs just because 5% of them are annoying? |
