i dont really care what pvd comes, people bag him out no matter what he ranks, and a poll isnt going to change what music styles i listen to or what influences me....
i agreee that the ranking does mean more money, never thought of it that way.. so i take back that statement about "it dont mean " :) |

| Well I can agree the list is industry based...but i like all top 3 DJ's a lot and I wouldnt mind seeing anyone of them spin. Everyone can have a bad night behind the decks every once in a while, but thats just human nature. As a raver, i dont like to criticize if I dont have to. I support all of these fine DJ's for keepin the beat going. Party on!! |

if PVD got first place, the pvd whores would stop crying and the tiesto bitches would start.
Just get over it...Tiesto won. Surely he was doing something right. And if you guys think PvD didnt win because he didnt turn commercial. Open your ing eyes....he jumped heavily in ranking from last year...so he is appealing to the same "cheese" audience you people are bashing. If you don't consider this poll worthy, then ignore it. If you guys have a problem with Tiesto being #1...go out and start DJing and get yourself on the list, otherwise shut the up and stop bashing people. IMO, I think tiesto deserved #1 spot this year..but last year's title he didnt deserve.
As far as Paul van Dyk...gimme a break. His livesets were decent but nothing to gawk over...repeating tracks a couple times throughout one set, his production sucked this year. Im glad he got #2..cuz now he has to work his ass off to get the #1 spot, so we'll all be in a real treat next year and hopefully see the magic Paul had a few years back. |

| ffs I don't see why people always complain about this damn list. It's a popularity contest... big ing deal. Look at what PvD and Tiesto have done this year as far as tours, productions, promotion,,, to me it's no suprise that they got the top spots. Same with Armin and his tour schedule/radio show. Like it or not these 3 guys headline all the biggest shows in the world and are all very popular established producers. That is why they're at the top, not because of thier technical ability. That being said,,, I'm happy with the results although would have been nice to see PvD take it for once. Also... get used to seeing Armin's name up there,,, he deserves it :) |
