I never gave a justification for the War In Iraq. I never said the war was right or wrong ( I have personal feelings because I fought in the war, but I'm not letting that get in the way of anything here) You asked why war exists. I gave a simple explanation.
War exists because someones view differs from the other. Another person or country has something the other wants. Religous wars, Political wars, battles for freedom, battles for slavery.
No one can justify each war, but you can easily sit back and criticize someones motives behind it. The US isn't always right and is the last to admit it was wrong. Anyone can see that.
There isn't always room for peace. Sometimes peace is not the answer. I can't say what was the right course of action for Iraq. I simply have to sit back and hope my leaders decisions are the correct ones. |

Anyways, in what way was I being anti-American? With only 1 major super power nation, I'm glad it is a democratic, somewhat reasonable country like America. just saying, you can't justify war by saying "it's a part of life" ... and ya ... I guess I generalized a nation but it wasn't my intent to be anti-american. |

I never said that it being a part of life was a justification for the war in Iraq. You asked why war exists I gave the simplest explanation for it.

and actually I am now too.
all too many men women, children and innocents died so that I can live my life the way I chose.
