Will there be Aboriginal performances? Because personally, if I was Aboriginal, I'd find it incredibly insuluting if a bunch of white hippy folk were parading around in glow-ware, listening to crappy psy trance using the traditional story of the Rainbow Serpent as the name for an event. Especially when its on Australia Day, my god, thats like the black day of death for the Aboriginal people.

Perhaps you should call it, "The Hairy Armpit & Tree House Festival" ?

haha nice work slade.

is anyone else getting sick of people who sign up just to spam their events? I think we need a seperate promotion forum.
jizza
is it neccesarily spam if the information could be of some importance or benefit to an individual or group.

yeh i get my panties in a twist over spam but i'm not too overly bothered with this type of spam. and i'll say spam once more time for the road. :)
escee
well the spam would be better spammed in another events spam forum i think. That way we dont need to put up with all the others states spam cluttering actual non-spammy discussion threads.

spam?
Huebor
*sigh* slade at it again.

Line up doesn't look too bad psy-wise :)

Isn't Dado and Deedrah the same person?

Hey Huey, any chance of any of those psy acts making it to perth for omega abstraction type events??
Huebor
well, it is omega: abstractions first birthday 2 weeks after that .. so ya just never know what i've got lined up ;)

hey sorry, if you guys think this is just spam, i thought that people would be interested... You know the best thing to do with spam is let it float to the bottom :)

i agree!!

besides... RAINBOW SERPENT?? :D :D OooOOoooooo.......... lallalallalallalallaALlalalLAlaa

i can't believe that _finally_ it's almost time again - i've literally been waiting and waiting since the day after the last one finished.... (that's 10 months!!)

bush parties ARE the best - and RAINBOW SERPENT (YAY!!) i think is the best of them!! (along with Earthcore, which I also love tremendously).

ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER ON A 3-DAY WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm not much of a 'raver' anymore, but i'm sure i will ALWAYS enjoy bush parties. sure the music is good stuff, but what i enjoy most of all is the camping side of it in SUCH an beautiful amazing inspiring friendly @mosphere (which despite all those descriptive words is really quite ineffable). i wish the world lived inside one of these bush parties - especially Rainbow Serpent.

after going to the (terrible) 'Full Moon Party' in Thailand, i really think we may have the very best parties here in Australia (especially in Melbourne ;) ).

my only complaint is that they aren't more frequent!! (but i suppose that means we appreciate them even more). :)

i suppose i'm spamming too now? :P bahahhAHahhAhaaaha
