i just had a convo with my cousin, and he said that i was a "techno freak". and i said that i will always love the music, and dont be suprised if im still clubbing after im married. so i really thought abotu this, and i thought to myself, i will always love the music, and the best experiences with the music is in the club. so now, wouldn't you want to have the best experiences with the music you love? but i know by that time i will have kids and a job and all that, but i know i would want to still go to the clubs. so realistically, i think yea i would go clubbing, but seldomnly, later in life.

OF COURSE!I will never stop. My parents still go to clubs of their preference. Even when I am 30 years old and married. My spouse will share my like too. Kids no problem....not having any! :toothless

some people grow out of this find new things to do...but i will always love EDM, posssibly do more private/house parties not big clubs

Jeez, that's funny. You guys think that age 30 equates having to get married? What about those of us who got married before age 30?

For me, I didn't start really clubbing until AFTER I got married at age 26. Oh sure, we were going out and dancing every now and then before then, but we really didn't get into the "scene", so to speak, until after we got marrried.

(anyone else f$cking cringe every time they see that word, "scene"?)

As for when I turn 30 come this June, who the hell knows? I've really done a considerable amount of partying throughout my life, esp. the last 3-4 years. I certainly don't think I'm going to cease going to clubs and bars, but the frequency has certainly decreased a great deal, and I actually know that's a good thing for me.

me = 29
my girl = older ;)

our "party circle", ie the people we most often meet at several parties = around 30-45 years

clubbing to trance in London, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Bangkok, Ibiza => why be afraid ?

Itīs your own decision - and who says you have to settle down at 30 ?

/me => definitely not!

I figure once I 'grow up', ill stop 'clubbing' and start going to swank lounges w/ good Djs playing great electronic, but non dance music

Its a semi dream to open a lil lounge like this.

I hope still clubbing in my 30's/40's but all the cases I know (uncles, old friends...) they stopped when they get married and with childs. Maybe they go to clubs in special nights (business dinners, weddings...) but ocasionally. For me now is the best moment for clubbing (studying, without obligations...)

ask me again in like 14 years then i'll have an answer

When, at theage of 8,9 I played with my action figures (h-man, cops, turtles, wwf or whateva) I swore to myself i'd never ever stop doing so, even when Im grown up. Ill just be different and stick to my love. Well that changed ( thank god)

So...its hard to answer that one. What is sure though, is that atthe age of 20 I've kind found my personality, my hobbies, the things I truly love and its more serious than trends you go through when being younger. Also the music you listen to determines aspects of your way of life, your attitude TOWARDS life to ome extent, hence it's much deeper. So mentally I don't see a problem whiule practically Im afraid cutting down on the excessive partying will be inevitable, be it due to job and/ or family.
But as I said, I believe the love for it will stay forever in my heart
