Who will win this match?

The Netherlands haven's loss from Scotland since 1983 so I give them the best chance, also because I am from The Netherlands off course :D

and we have Ruud van Nistelrooij :thepirate

Being 1/4 scottish, i would like scotland to win. But i think Holland will win both legs, or if anything a home draw for scotland! If i was dutch i would want Ruud out of the team. It is an honour to play for your country, and complaining for being subsituted is just immature. Think Dennis Bergkamp had a go at him this week about it, good ol' dennis!

prediction

Scotland 1 - 1 Netherlands
Netherlands 2 - 0 Scotland

Scotland will easily win, because Holland will probably play with Van der Meyde. I don't think he's good enough for the Dutch team, in fact I think, he's not even good enough for Fortuna Sittard. Add to that the fact that Ruudje Valler will play in front, so it'll be a walk over for Scotland. I would put Makaay in striker position. And now seriously, Holland will win ofcourse ;)

He didn't complained about being a substitute, he complained about the fact that 4 weeks ago the Dutch coach said that RvN would be a substitute in the game against Scotland. Ruud thought it wasn't fair. I agree, Kluivert sits on the bench every week with Barcelona, and Ruud plays every week...

Yeah, but the last games, Kluivert was brought on as a substitute and scored, while Ruud hasn't scored any goals in the last month I think, except those 2 goals in the Champions League, of which 1 was a lucky. But more important, as far as I've seen him play, I didn't think it was impressive at all. I'd like to see Makaay get a chance.

Makaay is great , but i heard that he's so nice he never discusses the choices of his coach and that's why at the end he sits on the bench

scotland i feel are far stronger in all departments than the netherlands.

we will wipe the floor holland. you simply will not be able to cope with our firepower up front (kenny miller, colin cameron) and world class defenders such as steven pressely and gary naysmith will have no trouble with the likes of a mediokre striker - ruud van nistelrooy.

a scotland win both legs.

nice bit of sarcasm chesco:haha: :haha: :haha:

scotland mite grab a win at Hampden and get a draw in Holland but i think hteyll be lucky or hve to play their best for years to get througjh

Im sure i heard RvN is def starting on the bench
kypez
i hoping that holland does. Otherwise they have some strong issues to take care of. They have way to much firepower to be held out.

Well Van der Meyde was easily your best player, nobody else really shone at all...
