Definitely. Not too many peeps I know who dont trip over their jaw the first time they hear it.

Also go for more laid-back stuff like
LNG - Intercity
Lolo - Melody/Extended Horizon
Re:Locate - Passion
Darren Tate - Now is the time
Sun Decade - Im Alone (MdG vocal mix)
to name a few and so on. :)

Lot's of good suggestions here :) Looking and listening now, to see what i can find, you were right about the Vocal trance, and she also wanted some uplifting and a blit laidback stuff, so this is looking good:D

Delerium-silence(tiesto rmx)
Svenson & Gielen- beachbreeze
Freefall ft j.johnston-skydive

they usually like those tracks :):D

Madonna - What it feel like...(Above & Beyond Remix)
Something she will recognise only with a different twist

Oceanlab - Sky Falls Down (Original Vocal) <- girls usually like this one, nice and vocal without being too cheesy (even my mum likes it :haha: )

Iio - Rapture (AvB Remix)
yet another I find goes down well with the ladies :D
DjLiMZ.
Oceanlab feat. Justine Suissa - Satellite

Awesome tune the vocals are sooo good which is perfect for trance beginners + it has an awesome melody to match (defo worth checking out)

Agnelli + nelson - Holding on to nothing

again awesome vocals and catchy basslines, synths

Dj Stigma - The Answer (scarab rmx)

great vocal, vocals trance is the way to turn a beginner into a potential TA :P,

RonVanDenBeuken - Timeless

No vocals but a sweet piano riff + synths a tune that a favourite with me atm, theres also the rvdb rmx which is a little harder and they have took the piano riff out :( both worth checking tho

Here are my tunes that i recommend for someone just starting out:

Bob Marley vs Funkstar Deluxe - Sun is Shining
You are gay if you don't like this song

Alice DJ - Better Off Alone
EVERYONE knows this song, and she can sing along

ATB - Till i come
Another well-known tune

Chemical Brothers - Hey Boy Hey Girl
Nice.........

Chicane feat. Bryan Adams - Don't Give it up

Darude - Out of Control (Back for more)
I think this is what the vocal version is called

Deepest Blue - Deepest Blue
Nice house tune

Delirum - Innocente
cool, mellow song

Delirium - Silence (Tiesto mix)
For obvious reasons

DJ Sammy - Boys of Summer
Despite everyone calling it "cheese", it has popular appeal

Ian Van Dahl - Will I / Castles in the Sky

Jason Nevins feat. Holly - I'm in heaven

Kira - I'll be your angel

Love Inc - Broken Bones / Superstar
See above

Modjo - Lady
Classic house

Paul van Dyke - We are alive
Vocals might appeal to her

Plummet - Damaged

Pnau - Follow me
You might not have heard this, but it is quality

Chemical Brothers - Star Guitar / Out of control

Safri Duo - Bongo song
Is this song called played alive? good song for noobs...catchy

Rui Da Silva feat. Cassandra - Touch me
vocals :)

Junior Senior - Move your feet
Great song! very catchy

My advice is to start out soft with some house, eurodance and "cheese" with vocals in it. Takes time to appreciate the hard stuff.

*EDIT* I have this cheesy aftertaste in my mouth.......better wash it out with some trance :P
