| I hate then with all my heart,I cant stand what they produce,and "As The Rush Comes" is the worst song ever made.every time I hear their songs I wanna kill myslef.They are wAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overhypedmand if this is the future of trance,I'd be very dissapointed!!:whip: |

i think certain ppl get overrated on TA because the djs browse the forums , so they try to get bonus points if the dj happens to reply :P!!!
Like when dave or markus or whoever makes a thread even if they suck immediatly its like OMG HI i love ur work and stuff

PvD = talented producer? :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: That's a good one! Not a single tune PvD produced comes close to a G&D production. PvD is the most over-rated electronica producer IMO. Claps, hi-hats, same bassline....his productions are so simplistic they make G&D productions look like the most complex pieces of music ever written. :stongue: I really can't stand G&D haters who worship PvD.

| I think they're pretty good, although I don't like any of their mixes of Pop songs (Madonna, Brittney, Annie Lennox, etc.) Their mixing skills aren't bad, but nothing amazing. G&D Essential Mix (09-03-2003) is one of my favorite sets though. |

I couldnt agree more.
Thats not to say they're necessarily bad, just over-rated - especially on these boards. Partly I think its because they visit here, thus everyone cant resist the urge to suck up. |
