haven't heard much of carl cox's, but from what i could tell, he's a hardhouse dj - not my cup of tea.
three drives: greece 2000, sunset in ibiza, air traffic, doesn't really matter are great tunes. the first two are classics
thrillseekers: very good, some of the remixes (flutlicht's of "dreaming of you")
the rest i haven't heard of |
Hahahah Carl cox is Techno, not hard house

Carl Cox is a DJ. He mainly spins techno, but he can spin other styles as well... |

| Haha, but as far as I know, he occasionally plays hardhouse as well. Most DJ's play several genres... :) |

I suppose it varies from person to person, however I have seen many a TA make reference to trip hop songs or artists.
Anyway if you're really interested I suggest looking into these artists: Massive Attack, Tricky, Portishead, Archive, Esthero, Lovage, and Halou. Or you can PM me if you want specific song suggestions. |

| Go buy everything you can find by Three Drives and The Thrillseekers. I haven't heard enough of Cox to tell you whether his stuff is worth buying or not, and I haven't even heard of the other artists. |
