It has definately grown on me.

i was so into uplifting/hard trance (Dumonde, Cosmic Gate, Flutlicht, old Airscape, etc) that as someone said earlier prog was too slow for me.

now since my tastes have expanded, most of the stuff i listend to before i cant stand now.

Progessive Trance is much more creative, emotional and interesting for me. The emergence of Gabriel & Dresden over the last 2 years has helped as well, as their work was a link between Trance & Prog for me.

Now I am addicted to such acts as Infusion, Sultan & Tone Depth, Harry Lemon, Luke Slater, Steve Porter, Markus Schulz and of course Sasha, Digweed, Max Graham and Gabriel & Dresden.

Progressive house / trance used to bore me to death, I'm not going to lie. I would never even give it the time of day. Then when I went to a real club and listened to a knockdown proghouse set in the setting it is deserved to be heard in I was converted.

Im not a huge fan of Prog. but what I do like has grown on me. It just seems like a sound/style that you have to get used to to like.
