if the dj's from the event can't post... than how are we suppose to make responses to people's commments???
i don't think any of us were trying to bump the thread... just making remarks or comments that were directed towards us or someone that we knew... just trying to be polite. |

Wrong. What happens elsewhere on the board IS my concern because I am an active member, not just someone who comes in to promote their own cause and leaves. I actually participate. There isn't anything wrong with carrying on conversations with others in a thread that happens to be your event; you call it bumping, I call it a public discussion in a public forum.
It's not that I don't like the rules Ari, it's that there are endless discrepancies and inconsistencies with how/when they are enforced and I'm clearly not the only one who notices.
Nevertheless, you have a job to do and if you think this thread (a constructive conversation among TA's) should be closed than by all means you do so. I respect that you have a difficult task as moderator and I do not mean to show disrespect so much as to state my opinion.
Anyways, let's not beat a dead horse, I'd like to think this isn't as big of a deal as it's coming across. Ari if you want to continue this conversation feel free to PM me, this thread is waaaay off topic. |

Don't worry Dennis, I think it's become pretty evident at this point and I'm pretty confident that Del and Ari are doing something to address it. I'm sure that a lot of members of this board would hate to see you and others stop having meaningful discussions due to board rules and this is probably something that Swamper realizes as well.

well i mean aside from them...that goes without saying. i meant other then them (like, aside from the TA invasion nights and the special TOTA guest djs in the vip room every so often).
