As was ours(L8 60's/early 70's) But they shut it down anyway, I truly hope yours sees a better fate but with this Rave act and other local bylaws being passed(of course you people don't even get to vote, your government thinks THAT highly of you)) it could very well be be shutdown as well.It's almost like when Hitler set out to establish the third Reich, he did it bit by bit and no one could see what his final goal was. I'm not implying that Imo the people that make your/my laws are facist pigs, I'm SAYING it.As one person said earlier, the government is going to do as they please no matter how many petions are signed, it's a bitter pill to swallow I know but facts are facts. I'm not suggesting just laying down and giving your scene up without a fight and I'm not being negative at all but just pointing out that the scene today closely parallels the old scence, even acid totally dissapeared for a few years due to Nancy Regan's: "Just say no to drugs" campaign in the very early 80's. Anyway best of luck, I'd really hate to see yours go down the same way mine did :( |
