ok guys, i saw a bunch of you had this in your desktop pictures.
i downlaoded a program but it made my whole comp slowwwwww, so i was wondering what porgram u guys are using for it. thnks ;) |

Ah, I saw that as well. Even the start bar was transparent.

| Once I used WindowBlinds to achieve this (and other) effect, but it made the comp very slow (as well). |

| i use aston, and i dont find the transparency of my task bar etc slows my pc. |

Agreed, but some of those skins looked amazing, especially the entire desktop had been re arranged and skinned. |

| im pretty sure you need win2000 or XP because you need to be able to support alpha layers on your desktop. win98 def. doesnt do this. just some advice |

| thanks for the replies, but i found one that doesnt make my comp slow :):):)and ya u do need xp which i have, i want to change, cause xp i dont really like, i like ME better |
