Well, I am moving and so now I have to find someone to move into our current place.
1 bedroom apartment. Main floor of a house. Separate enterance at the back.
washer and dryer.
$950 inclusive.
St. Clair W/Oakwood area.
Street parking available (~$55 per 6 months). |

I can vouch, nice please indeed, well worth it for that price, spacious too. I've seen new 1 bedroom condos that feel smaller then this place.
btw - where are you moving? |

yeah this is a 1 bedroom apartment. not shared accomodations. you will not find an apartment for 400 dollars unless its a bachelor basement. |
