That was my first WEMf, and I have to say I expected a little more cause my firends pumped me up so much for it.... Although I realize that the events that happend were not expected (shutting down firday ect..) The Dj's were good for the most part (castles in the sky ??) and I dont think i've ever walked so much in my life!! The people were cool, The atmosphere was awesome, and I have to say I will go again.

P.S. An out door party is in the works for the end of August Up this way with advertisments on 100.7 and Tribe mag. "Abstract Productions"

Overall I had a great time... The 9 hour lineup really did suck ass, but I ended up with a great spot to pitch my tent... :)
(I was right on the edge of the main stage, at the back right, with the lawn chairs and a cooler... Some of you probably sat in my damn chairs... I think everyone did.. hehehe. :) )...
Anyway, I thought the sound and lights were really well done, and the dj'ing all in all was pretty good... A little bit too much house in my opinion, especially from like 6 am onwards (sunday)...
As far as I know the official count for Saturday Night was 14,000 people, for those who want to know...
But I agree the organization was absolute .. I mean, the directions alone were ing useless... Turn right at the fire station? You couldn't even tell it was a fire station unless you had already turned right... USELESS!
And the ing lineup was useless, cuz they we're letting people bud, so it slowed the whole thing down... And as far as the searching goes, that was pointless, there was plenty of drugs in there anyway....
But still, I had a good time, ed up my knees around 5:30 sunday morning when I was ripping up the floor... grass.... whatever...
I'd go again, but either really early the first day, or just wait till the second day... |

Ok, I got my pics back from WEMF...
They didn't turn out like I hoped, but I've taken the cream of the crop, and whipped em up for y'all.

You have one of Phaze and I from the back. We are the two standing there kind of to the right(i have a back pack on with shorts, and phaze is in the orange shirt) We just popped our 1st and were waiting for the effects to kick in. too bad cause Malice was with us also but he must have been wandering?? Thats kinda funny. Ill look at mine and see if you are in any of them. Maybe once i learn how to post pics ill get them up there.
