Has anyone had to deal with this prick?
By the looks of him, his background is from somewhere around the area of Greece, Italy, Portugal, etc. He has a gelled curly crew cut type thing.
From the deejay's prespective, he was on the left of the deejay both on Saturday.
This guy is a ing prick. Everytime I go to him, he:
1. Serves all the girls first
2. Is extremely rude
3. ALWAYS short changes
4. If you're with someone else, he puts your drinks together so that he can short change you even more. And then when you say it was seperate, he yells (THEN ING PAY HIM!)
I've had this happen to me on numerous occaisions, and always meant to make a post about it, but I always forget.
Has anyone had problems with this guy besides me? |

Yeah, I'd email Charles and let him know (in a polite way). |

i would start a riot with fellow khalala members with AK47 submachine guns and shoot all the empty vodka bottles after we're done drinking them while greaseball stands at gunpoint watching his bar being drunk infront of him.
OR
the Liam approach: attack him with gophers "ratata" |

| How the hell is posting about it gonna help? Call Peter! 416.869.0045 #245. Don't EMAIL! People who don't have balls email instead of calling. People who don't have balls don't get results ;) And don't call Charlie, call Peter. If Charlie's anything like most business owners (especially owners of businesses where a lot of alcohol is floating around ;)), he'll forget what the hell you told him by the time he hangs up the phone :D |

I think I've had to deal with this guy too. Sounds very familiar, and it's a real pain.
Collectively, we could just all not tip him - probably screw him out of a good $100 on any given night. But then he'd probably start short-changing even more (this is what people who work at clubs do when they're not making as much as they want to in tips).
Not all that much you could do other than complain to the management. I wouldn't want to start a fight by throwing my drink in his face. If you just want revenge - i.e. just a matter of personal satisfaction without really solving the problem, here are my favourites:
- Buy a second drink and "make up the difference" with your second payment. It's usually too loud to explain myself in this case, so I just write the 4 numbers on a piece of paper (Cost of drink, amount I paid, amount he gave back, amount he owes me). Sounds lame, but it gets the message across.
- Order a drink, then when he gives it to you, tell him it's not what you ordered and refuse to pay, then order something completely different. Do this at least 2 more times, then "give up" and walk away.
- Pay in nickels, dimes, and as many pennies as possible.
These greaseballs are usually way too "busy" to argue with you as long as you don't get violent. |

Maybe he was a Club107 drop out bartendar? :p
Sounds pretty rude in any event...
There's no love in that kind of job unless you're GOOD; which is few and far between.
There are a couple that stand out...the one girl in the VIP room at System comes to mind.
She enjoys her job and it shows!
 |
