Chances are he'll be put on trial for crimes against humanity/war crimes like Serbian president Milosovic. This will be interesting, Iraq under the governance of Saddam, was the first country to use mass chemical warfare which is illegal under international law during the 1980's in a war with Iran. The most interesting bit really is the fact that they were using U.S intelligence to wage that war, that the U.S gave. So i'm sure not only the current governing body of Iraq will try to put him on trial, but probably also at the Hague. |

according to ACTUAL STUDIES the dumbest ppl in the world reside in muslim middle eastern nations. this is because of ppl like saddam who don't allow for their ppl to be educated. you can hate capitalism all you want, but that still won't change the fact that muslim ppl as a whole are far less educated than the western world. |

Most muslim countries are poor and can't affort to educated their people.

obviously there are brilliant ppl in every society. however, the restrictions on press and literature makes it hard to educate kids. especially women. but thats a whole different issue.
