| no. i never really liked slipknot too much, they were alright for a couple months and then their just got kinda old due to their boring " you, you, and lemme think - YOU!" lyrics and simplistic song stucture. the only metal (even though slipknot isnt metal) i continue to listen to is bands like Opeth, Cradle Of Filth, Sepultura (before max quit), Dark Tranquillity, In Flames, Extol, and a few other bands. |

| I love slipknot i was into them way back when they made "Mate Feed Kill Repeat" cd. I love how everyone hates them because they're to out there thats what got me into them in the first place haha. My fav songs would have to be "No Life", "Iowa" and "Eyore". To each his own :) |

hehe I have seen them twice, once when they were on tour with Kiss promoting Adrenaline I think. They played at this small little club in detroit, no guard rail at the front. After moshin a little I went up front and the guitarist handed me a pick :). OMG I DIE!!!11111, hehe I was pumped.
then I forget when I saw them again, sometime after Around the fur came out. I love em to death, they rock. |

| I'm sorry if i'm spoiling this for nayone but Slipknot ARE manufactured and that shows in their music, Deftones on the other hand rock, although their style is different at least its listenable IMO |

1) Nowhere in my post did I say it was bad.
2) I dont feel the need to relate to any music, so not relating to heavy metal didn't affect my opinion.
3) This is a discussion board, where opinions are supposed to be expressed. I did so, albeit in a sarcastic manner.
Sorry if I offended you, that wasn't my intent, but IMO Slipknot don't know what music is, never mind have the ability to make any.
