they shouldn't make it four floors, it should be live guvy with high ceilings , makes all the difference in the world |

I'm surprised by the fact that soo many people walk by this club every weekend on their way to systems and don't even notice it (considering that the club is literally across the street)! It's an existing building and it is no where near the size of Guv. I would estimate that each floor could hold approx 500-600 people.

| plastique lounge was fun to laugh at because in winter when you go to the system soundbar....you had all these ginos...trying to look tough by not wearing coats...standing outside in the line in cold weather with a short sleeve shirt on cuz they did not want to bring a coat. Fun times imo. |

Well; I guess I'll add my tidbit to this now that I'm back at work and talked to some people who know some people.
Apparently; The Guv has infact been sold. But from what I heard it's either to a "production company" or another club owner. |

Wuzup! I've just spoken to my managers at the Guvernment and other staffs and here is the official word about these rumors.
A)The Guvernment Complex is NOT shutting down!
B)The Guvernment's lease still has many years to go until it's done!
C)The Guvernment Complex is not for sale nor has it been sold!
I hope that anwswers all your questions
