I think their productions are amazing, but live-set wise they might put everyone to sleep.. We'll see what happens !! |

They've got the mixing skills and talent, but, as Durafei said, their sets put me to sleep very well (which is a good thing sometimes, LOL). Those mixes are great, I like the Andain one more, and the remix of Nalin & Kane - Beachball by them is total ownage! So come time I see them live, I could get a better impression! |

I can *sort of* see why some people wouldn't be happy with Rank 1 and G&D...but neither Anne Savage nor Infected Mushroom is appealing either???

hehe...well yeah G&D and rank 1, i cannot stand! i'd rather watch paint dry. regarding anne savage, even when i was into uk hard house, i never ever liked her. infected mushroom i actually like in small doses. key word being small. but i'm feeling nothing but a big huge MEH about the whole party. and i kind of decided that i am only going to stuff that i want to go to this year, rather than stuff that my friends are going to just to go. that got really boring last year and i was just disappointed music-wise with those events.
as for what i like...*whispers*...i don't like 99% of trance. yeah, wrong board, i know ;)
but all 3 other ultra spins have been great. |

Honestly man, i felt the exact same way you do about IM....until Liam convinced me to hit up The Guv last time they were in town and HOLY . Put on one of the best live performances ive ever seen and i HIGHLY recommend seeing these guys do their thing, especially due to the fact its in the Kool Haus and you'll actually have some room to move. |

Haha ... and I thought I was very picky and sensitive when it came down to the types of music we all listen to. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :haha:
(Trance, Techno, Jazz, House, Disco, Retro, D'nB, Goa, Psy, Classic Eurodance (no new gino or cheese), Dance, etc.)
Haha, I guess it only applies to the outside of TA.com music discussions, cause I really despise 99% of non-electronica music ... actually, more like 99.95% :happy2: |
