Going to be in Cicago for New Years w/ other TA's! Where do we go?!

Hey whats up Chicago TA's! I am not too familiar with the scene in Chicago, and I really want to check out the hottest places, so where do I go? I am going to be there for New Years, and I know this is kinda late to be asking, but...
So please help me out. DO I need to be getting tickets? can anyone hook me up?

| Mauro Picotto will be in Chicago NYE. Theres one or two threads in this forum that have info in them. I would get tix if you are set on going to Picotto, just to be sure. Should be a good time. :) |

| ok, I found out about Picotto. He is gonna be at the House of Blues, but tickets are crazy expensive! $50-125 |

| the big promoters here are www.purefuture.com and spundae chicago (www.relode.com). there is also a party that is going down in milwaukee (about 1.5 hrs north of chicago) that has a decent lineup for $25. I believe that spundae is assisting w/ the mauro party and that pure is doing a hotel party that night. |

for NYE im almost sure Picotto is gonna be at the Congress Hotel, but i may be wrong & it may be HOB. Anyways Spundae promotes it.
purefuture.com is another promoter with a killer party at the Marriot in Chicago. They have some top notch Chicago Dj's. I was there last year & had a blast. The biggest clubs in chicago are basically Vision & Crobar. But Crobars NYE has Mixin Marc as their headlining DJ & he sucks. I DO NOT reccomend Crobar for NYE.

| ya, if you are looking for clubs for a weekend or so, pure does transit, spundae does vision, and crobar is just crobar (with a $20 cover charge!!) |

| ohh, and it is the Congress Theater on Milwaukee Avenue. It's neither a hotel, nor the HOB. |
