if ur reffering to 5am as in 5am rmx.. i doubt that any particular artist use that as an alias.. i think its more to do w/ like the style of the music.. eg: 1am mix, 3am mix, 5am mix... im sorta doubtful that a 3am mix exist but wutever, u get my jist? lol....
i think 1am mixes are more energetic as oppose to the original mix and the 5am mix.. 5am mixes are more chilled.. eg: Coast 2 Coast - Home (5am Mix) :)
hmm.. i dunno if this all makes sense :o but wut im trying to get at is that 1am nor 5am are not given aliases of one individual. many artists uses that 'identity' to enhance the originality, i guess... :P

am Mixes are just remixes of the original by the artist of the original and are supposed to be used as 'party-play' and are generally energetic songs.
my known am mixes (sorted by time :p):
marco v - certainly (darren christian 1am mix)
mauro picotto - like this like that (3am mix)
solange - messages (4am mix)
system f - out of the blue (system f's 5am mix) |
