I am seriously concerned about my health as of late.

I have been under HUGE pressure at school, work, and home, and I am starting to notice things.

1. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks
2. I get tired EASILY and often wipe out for 2 hour naps 3 times a day.
3. I can't concentrate on any of my school work and it takes hours to do a 30 minute assignment.

I don't know if this is from the stress, or if it's something else...

I've heard about people losing hair under stress...


any ideas? 10 pounds in 2 weeks is disturbing...

Are you eating regularly and enough?

I used to get like that when I would forget to eat...minus the weight loss but I have a low metabolism.

uugg I forgot the name of it. But there is, I am not even sure if it is a virus caused or what, but one sign of this thing is sleeping too much. I remember kids being off school for a week cause they had it. judas I can't remember the name.


but yes stress can do all of these things, irregular sleep patterns, irregular eating, you could form one of the many psychosomatic disorders like ulcers or diseases.

take it easy dude, its too early in life to even be worried about too much stress.

sounds more like depression...talk to ur doctor (unless he's incompotent like mine)

epstein barr is the weak chronic version of mono....

I suffer from chronic depression and have been on drugs for a few months, and things have been great... I've just entered a rough period or something....

Don't let things get to you so easily. While it may be chemical, most of the time it's your mindset. Just try and relax and don't brood on things so much, and eat even if you're not hungry since you're losing weight.

i remember the most stress i had was when i got 2 college letters telling me U CANT COME TO OUR SCHOOL... i was bummed.. stoped eating.. stoped sleeping for like a week, then i got accepted... to 2 schools, and got better.. the worst part is that friends notice and they go.. WHATS GOING ON, and i was like nothing...
