yes, most candy kids are pretty out there, but they do bring a good vibe when you see them at a party...and they way the dress?
to some people that 'think' that everyone has to dress a certain way when you grow up are " absurd ".......you wouldn't ever catch me dressing like my dad when I'm 40....I'll still be wearing whatever I please......and about the drugs? Drugs have been in this scene longer than alcohol has....not saying drugs or alcohol is great or that one's better than the other, they are both substances...it'll always be there.....picture a whole party being sober????
.....you can say whatever you want about Candy Kids.......
I'm not one...
just remember what "scene" you're in and where it originated

Candy Kids are cool to see when ur partying and stuff, I agree that they bring a good vibe and all, but there are too many highschoolers walking around looking like that all the time, and i dont think thats right

That's what i was about to say...Candy Kids do sound to be hated in North-America
If you guys complain about them being bad for the scene because of drugs and stuff, that's understandable since the scene is not that big already
Anyway...do you have any photos of Candy Kids ?? |

lol... why hate candy kids? u cant hate candy kids.. its like saying that u hate everyone who wears jeans. each candy kid (or as the european original is, cyberkid) is as diferent as anyone else.. and whoever it was who said that they based themselves on drugs and sex... lmfao! bull. if thats the way candykids are over there then thats yet another thing america has managed to make ed up and taken too far :p ! cybers here.. yeah some do drugs, but some dont (once again, just like everyone else who goes to the party) now i know a lot of cybers.. and im sorry to destroy your image of them but they are just like everyone else but with a few extra bracelets and glowin clothing...but yeah they can generally dance better.
i cant beleive that in this open forum where everyone is supposed to be equal, people are being so predjudice about people who like dressin up to go out...

p.s. the pacifier/dummy is usually there so that they dont chew their faces off if they do E. nothin to do with goin back for childhood memories or whatever... |

Okay thanx now I think we got the point but anyways? what's that against candies? I eat some at partys in order to get some sugar and of course that they taste great while on E (done it 2 times)
And of course I totally agree with the PLUR philosophy. |

after hearing everyone here before i still think that candykids (the ones i think of) are a north american thing. here's a picture of one from december:
now the candy kid im talking about is the one next to me, im on the far left. turst me i know her, she's a real candykid. you cant really see but here pants have a gigantic smurf on them. notice the wrists full of those flashy beads and the necklace with the pacifier, the hat she's wearing has a "fuzzy" feel to it. to top it off she acts like a candy kid to... smiles, hugs, baby talk, its like they got an IQ of george bush or something... and trust me usualy anyone who dresses like that has or is doing drugs. i havent seen anyone go all out like that without ever having done drugs. and tu_face ALL of candy kids i know of dress like that. if they were unique i would applaud it. personally i'd done fine with the girls in palivar's pic :D ;) |
