I would love to see

Tiesto

Marco V
Scott Bond
John "00" Fleming

Preach too!!!!!

Ummmmmmmmm it's a prog and house oriented club (Boa) that is why the recommendations are of prog and house. That's like going to Pacha or Privelege and complaining about how they don't play uplifting trance constantly.
failsafe
for trance.

DJ Astrid (i haven't heard any of her newer stuff, but she used to own)
Orkidea
mark eg (he was always fun)[though he's banned from .ca though?]
OS2 (probably the most under rated pure trance DJ)

I think all the big names (pvd, armin, oakie, etc) would draw the wrong type of crowd. When I saw sasha at revival for the private showing with 400 people it ing owned. everyone was there for the music, and only the music. The attitude there was perfect. Anytime i've been to see bigger djs lots of people come just because it's the cool thing to do.

I have two questions, the first being: what's the capacity of this club. The second is: Has anyone been there on a regular night? Who are the residents? I'm pretty much certain that the crowd is similar to Lotus's because they have the same owner.

Geez, this thread looks like a breeding ground for all the various kinds of fanaticism on TOTA: Montreal elitists, prog elitists, trance elitists and Tiesto worshippers, Tiesto bashers... *sigh*

I'm with Skipper on wanting to see some techno. I'm sure trance would be nice but that obviously is not Boa's style - techno is more plausible. However, if they're only going to do prog, then I'd go to see D:fuse, Hybrid, Sasha, Satoshi Tomiie and James Zabiela. I'm also still waiting for the whole Way Out West crew to come down and do a PA, but I'm not getting my hopes up for that.

So whenever they are open it has to be Prog or house????

Pacha and privilege once palyed uplifting trance, and Privelege still does with Alex Gold's "extravaganza" nights
