I had a good time overall, i was really mad about not getting on the guestlist though.
anyhow i got to meet Piet and G&D, all of them super friendly guys

Holy , I just realized I was near TOTA most of the night & didn't even say hi to anyone. I'm the bald guy behind endlesswave (i think that's him) & you can only see half my head:
some of you might have seen me & my gino friends & thought "wow, that guy dance for ". yup, that's me. lol

My god.
what an awesome night, met some good ta's saw some old ta's, didn't see 217 of you guys though!
anyways, I resided in the Kool Haus the whole night and MY ING GOD!
G&D we're about 10x better than I thought they would be, I.M. put on a better show than they did in aug. And Rank 1 was killer
I got to hear my song! Symphomatic
and shouts out to everyone who heard Airwave, I'm sure that made peeps happy
Anyways, it was nice to meet some you of. Thanks alot to Magnetonium for giving me a ride up, and as for the ride back! I tried to look for you, cause I left early, but man, the guv was just too packed to find you. Sorry dude!

Just a short review and comment. Incredible night. G&D were unbelivable. IM really suprised me, they blew me away. I only wished that they would have ended about 15-20 earlier. One hour of IM is awsome. Rank 1 - really nice, especially because I love euphoric trance, but after the IM and G&D sets, they really slowed things down for too long with one of my favorite songs of all time-Airwave. The crowd - so positive and great.
The only comment is that I'm tired of people bithing about the Guv. If it wasn't for the Guv we would rarely see such great acts. If it's too crowded, too smokey, to many Ginos, sound system , no lasers, coat check to long... stop the wining and be lucky we get the best of the best here in T.O all the time.

I was sitting through the second half of the IM set, but out of our little group I was the only one who was actually dancing (if that's what u wanna call it). |

thanks 2 3 great guys..my night was brilliant.
1. Ahlamalek for sending me the infected mushroom posteer which i got autographed.
2. Dave and 3.Josh for coming to the meetup on such short notice...
the night was simply great....i havent had as much fun since US1...well wait..there was teh IM gig back in august last year followed by Holden in december...hmmmmm
well still its on par with those..simply brilliant
was great to meet the guy from rank1 (forgot the name..Piet i think??) who mentioned to me how much fun it was making hte airwave video cos of the naughty nurses with big "you know what"s:stongue:
and for those of u wondering where the other guy was...well he was in holland...
apparently only he performs when its a dj set....
anywho...i took a bit too many pics....gonna post em soon...:D |
