Strange how they dont mention PvD?????
twilochik
well they did say "and other internationally renowed djs". It would be sillie of them to sit there and mention each of their residents...the list would go on forever...hehehehehe
push01
not really. the list of residents for the past two years isnt that long and pvd was one of the biggest. i am not talking about seaman, maas, etc.. who had just recently started spinning every couple of months.
Tranzlucent
You have to be a real to buy a Twilo scrapbook. Who really cares about Twilo now? There was nothing really nice about the club itself. It was a ty space, filled with teenage crackheads. I only went to see PVD, I could care less that it was @ Twilo. The DJ made the club, in this case PVD... Don't buy a scrapbook, save your money and catch PVD next time he is on the East Coast(probably Space-Miami).
caroline
I think I am going to have to agree.
twilochik
whoa...i mean hey if you don't want to buy the scrap book and all...thats cool. but to call people who would like something like that "s" is really uncalled for. why be little someone else like that?! some people would just like some pictures to go with the memories they have of the place. and to say who cares about twilo people are still talking about studio 54 20 some odd years later. as well as the infamous discoland 2000 party at the old limelight.
and yeah a dj def makes a venue but there's was a definite vibe among the crowd. i felt it lots of times at twilo for various dj's. lots of others felt that vibe too. and to say that the crowd was all krakhead teenagers is not really reality. there were and are infinitely worse clubs out there when it comes to young kids going and the abuse of drugs. Everyone's entitled to their opion about one thing or another. But bashing isn't really necessary to make a point.
caroline
I like the fact that "EVERYONES ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINION".

SOMETHING MANY OF US TEND TO FORGET ON THESES POSTS.
twilochik
thats right everyone is entitled to their opinion...nothing wrong with that. its not what you say its how u say it. if people want to state that in a proper manner thats fine but to be a complete jerk about it isnt cool. thats all.
djgarfield
What can u say? Negative people only bring negative energy. Their contributions are purely self centered as well as their persona.

Tranzlucent
Ok DJ Garfield. Keep spinning in your basement, you'll make it big 1 day. Great name by the way... I was thinking of DJ Sylvester...
djgarfield
Hahahaha. Ur funny dude. No wonder u and caroline are in space....Maybe i should change my name to DjTweety if u become Sylvester.
