| I think the patriots will probably win, but I don't think it will be a blowout by any means. Jake Delhome reminds me a lot of Tom Brady so far as how he manages the game. Carolina may very well be better on offense due to a much better running game and better wide recivers. New Englands defense is probably better, but Carolina isn't a push over by any stretch. Carolina also has the edge in special teams, while New England has a better coach and more experience. I've almost convinced myself that the panthers are the better team, but I can't quite do it. |

If Mr. Davis for the Panthers if feeling 100%, I wouldn't feel half bad for putting my money on them. I dunno, as good as the Pats have been, the Panthers have been playing superb. Either way, should be a great game :D

I have to choose ... reluctantly ... Cats! Dont you just love to cheer for the underdog teams?!! Well, 2 years ago Pats were the underdogs, so this time its all about karma ... :D ;) |

| em both!!!!! 3 years, 3 loses in the conference finals. I have given up on football for good. I went to school in Boston so by default I have to go with the Pat's , but I could really give a rats ass :mad: :mad: :mad: |

Carolina has the best D-Line in the NFL, but New England definitely beats them out in the secondary. But New Englands special teams is better than Carolina's solely due to Vinatieri. Sauerbrun is the best punter in the league, but in a close game it will come down to Vinatieri, so the Pats will need to move the ball.
New England wins because of their control over field position. |
