Must you really do this every single time?
Always you and st.andrew bitching and crying about life but yet you never pm swamper about anything.
First of all, you could see I don't have the power to close threads in this forum. Second of all, you could see that I was providing an opinion. I've been here almost 3 yrs, just about every thread like this has been closed for some reason by some mod. So take my advice from the very start and talk to swamper. |

I bet this is more about yourself then any others
Someone gets suspended for a just reason and you create a thread and it gets closed and you don't take it up with the mod or swamper?. So how the hell is anything supposed to get achieved. You have been here long enough and you know the channels.
So it makes me wonder because you do this just about everytime this happens yet I have yet to see you take my advice and speak to swamper about this. |

i can see why the thread was closed. It was a personal attack and thats probably why it got closed. I dont have a problem with that particular thread being closed.

TTA, I've got nothing against you personally, but I think some of us feel like there are disturbing trends showing up in how the moderation is carried out. This isn't really specifically about Vivid's recent ban, it's about whether certain people are really acting in the best interests of all members or whether they are acting out of personal preference and emotion.
If everybody who made comments like Vivid just did got banned or even warned, then it probably wouldn't be an issue to me. Same with every stupid petition thread. It's the selectiveness that bothers me, and many others, coupled with the apparent dismissal of any responsibility to justify the actions taken.
To be honest, I think Vivid should have been suspended (temporarily) but the thread he posted in left open, because it wasn't a stupid thread, it was someone asking an honest question, and Vivid had stopped his rampage, and other people might have had further insight to give to that girl. |

WHEN HAVE I EVER DONE THIS BEFOR!!!! dood the colective rights would be the people that felt like discussing vivid boys banning, it may of been talking about a petition but it was really being used as a sorce for us to discuss it, i would talk to swamper but i am currrently in torronto airport waiting for a plane and only have limited access to the internet. Why dont you allows to have our thread back instead of shuting it down in what apears to be the admins feeling that there power has been undermined |

| I thought we crossed this bridge, the last time he was suspended. I said that their is a process among the mods to make sure that personal crap is not brought into it. I don't know about the other mods on this board but anything like vivid posted (if posted by someone else), would result in a severe warning or an immediate suspension. We mods are not perfect, we try to just enforce the rules as bias free as possible. Vivid broke the rules and I don't see what more there is to yap about. Aaron, you know where to complain to with that comment about the mods. Will we ever achieve bias free things, probably not but will that be achieved anywhere, I doubt it. Feel free to disagree with me on this issue, I don't really care what people think. We mods try our best to just enfocce the rules, past history does have something to do with it, I mean if you have been suspended and then you comeback and pull something like that, of course you will be dealt with like that. |
