they are suing kazaa noobs that are downloading TRL music while dling other warez from kazaa which should be shut down anyway, its the most accessible program that allows you to download pirated software so everyone knows about it and has access to it

They're just going after Americans:(

Legally speaking, by entering your IP address your not admitting to anything because there is not exactly compelling evidence that you have indeed file-shared. All you did was eneter a number. Besides, even if they wanted to use what you entered it is consider to be entrapment.

Depends, when it's a password protected HUB, they can't sue you because if they crack te code the information they get is illigal. HUBs like Oldominion on the other hand...
