personally i must say Crobar Miami is one of the best clubs I've been to. Clubbs are cool, always a great time; plussssss the girliess are fine as heaven! *G* :D :D :D :D :D

Space is also great, especially for the educated clubber :p :happy2:

hi arturo...i agree with you 100%....and i think you post on Cooljunkie as well? I do too, obviously, and I write for them as well---I think I know a bunch of your friends too...this is if you are who i think you are.

anyway, people can always say "it's all about the music"....which is exactly the point, for loft parties and events like that....but going OUT to beautiful nightclubs like Crobar....considering they put tens of millions of dollars into making that place SO awesome for us....it is not rude of them to request we dress nicely for their events....dressing up is NICE, it feels good! It isnt pretentious! anytone who says getting dolled up is pretentious is either ugly or doesn't have nice clothes....its a scapegoat...hehe.

This is NEW YORK CITY.....and the nightlife here is some of the premier nightlife in the world!! (and for all of you who say Europe is so much better....Id LOVE TO SEE people try to wear UFO's and wifebeaters to a club...you think we are pretentious here in ny?....haha in general, Europe is the capital of nightlife trendy-wear) I am on the side of the nightclubs on this one...it doesnt take a lot to dress for a club---you dont have to get decked out, just respectfully dressed-=--I cant imagine not WANTING to go out and wear something nice, or cool...im not a pretentious trendster for it either. if ya cant handle it than stay at arc--they need the business anyway ;)

after being clubbing for a full year here in miami, i definitely think it is the best way really! space is really strict dresscodes and so is crobar and other places here.

went to see pvd back in 02, i had gotten a fake and tried to use it. the guy knew right away that it was a fake and took it from me and crumbled it up. luckily before hand, art (amdmaxx) had given me a real id to use that belonged to someone who was 23 or something, but she looked NOTHING like me. she had blonde curly hair and blue eyes. anyway the bouncer asked me if i had anything real, and i showed him that one, he said that was more like it and let me in. i got lucky.

and yeah, im sick of this 21+ bull. i know most places do this to make more money and because they dont want little 18 year olds running around who dont even know or care what dj theyre coming to see, but its not fair for us people under 21 who want to come because we truly love and enjoy these guys. oh well

well, i am definitely sorry for the younger crowd. i remember how it was when i was 17 and wanted to go to clubs. i usually had to sit at home while all my friends went out. i never had a problem with the 21 + though. but... on the brighter side, all of the older cats are gonna have a great time. woo hoo! sasha and digweed!

EV Junkie
hehe i knew you'd be excited. hot , right?? I'll introduce myself to yo uthere and i'll definitely bring you and carisa to meet the entire cooljunkie crew---we are a fun bunch of people :)

it is sad for the kids who are cool and really love the music but cant get in because they are too young. but many, many 18-20 yr olds act silly and can ruin a crowd....its people like beema that ruin it for all of you....
