| I weight lift, but I don't like it. A bit too monotonous for my tastes, although I need to do it to get my metabolism higher so I'm not cold all the ing time. |

i used to.. was benchin about 70kg at my peak (not an awful lot, but it's still very very in heavy).
back was actin up a bit though.
better now though!
gonna start in may! (when i start workin at Intel)
Intel - have their own gym :)

| i've joined the gym as well. Used to do loads of weights when i played rugby. Don't really do all anymore due to work commitments |

| 2 hours per session, 4 days per week. Soon in a month it'll be around 3 hours per session at 6 days a week. lifting and endurance training for track and field :) |
